Scenes from Siquijor

Hello My Dear Great Ones,
Below are a few impressions of the paradise known as Siquijor:

Coming in to Siquijor via boat.  It is a beautiful for lush island.
View of Siquijor from up high.  Beauty.
The beaches are wonderful and the water is bath tub warm.

Siquijor has one of the most "different," tourist sites ever.  A pool filled with fish that suck on your feet.  I guess they love callouses cause there was a school of them sucking on my size 13s.

Filipinos love basketball and there are courts all over the place.  Too bad filipinos are rather short cause they would be a world basketball power.
Many homes on Siquijor look like this.  Humble.  Yet people are very kind and seem happy.
A nice big catholic church on Siquijor.
This is apparently the oldest house on Siquijor.
A typical traffic scene on Siquijor.  There is an excellent highway circumventing the island and traffic is light but interesting.

A rural scene in Siquijor.  The pig attached to the "tricycle," is off to market.

Lots of bananas on Siquijor.
Asians love rice.  Here is a sample of the types of rice you can procure at a typical Filipino grocery store.
Interesting.
Filipinos call coconuts bukos.
Here is a Filipina beauty enjoying a buko.
Sunsets on Siquiujor are beauty.

Here I am with a cutout of Asia's Trump.  Duterte is an interesting character to say the least.

Have a great week!

Love adios and ping on!

Dirk
