Puerto Galera is considered the best snorkeling/diving area in the Philippines and according to me it came as advertised. Amazing! The coral and fish were astounding in their diversity. I was very impressed and glad that we went. Celia really enjoyed it too and it was great to go scuba diving for a few hours as well.
