Snacks from Taiwan (yum)

Hello Dear Most Excellent Ones,
As reported last week the Taiwanese have gone rubber duck crazy, but food vendors have also got into the action.  Interspersed throughout all the ducky stuff were fast food options.  After all, shopping for all that ducky paraphernalia one can build up an appetite.  Yet as the pictures will attest I think I would rather go hungry.

Have a great week everyone and God bless you.

Love adios and ping on!

Sushi conveyer belt.  Pay by the plate.

Not sure what these liquids are, but the colors are interesting.

What are those red floaty things?  Don't really want to know.

 Fried squid anyone?

 Fried chicken feet?  Anyone, anyone?

Snail or moth larva in jelly goog. Ahh no thanks.

Deep, very deep, fried squid on a stick.  Half of its deep fried batter I am sure.

 Fresh sugar cane juice.  Hmm

Corn on the cob covered with some gelatine substance.  Apparently good with mustard.

 Mushrooms.  Huh?

I am sure this is called, "boiled internal organs."  Yucccccccck!

I think this is some kind of meat cake, garnished with some gelatine substance.  Taiwan likes their gelatine.

See through glazed candy.  Water is available, I think, due to high sweetness of the candy.

Fresh oysters.  Ok now we're talking.

Oysters battered up in deep fried fat.  Not good for those with a heart condition.

 Noodles with ?????

Stewed "leftover body parts."

Bon appetite!
